Grilled Pineapple and Pesto Turkey Burgers

So many amazing awesome new cover reveals & book tours going on, I had to squeeze this amazing recipe for summer grilling in for you guys. You will love this burger, it is delicious!!!! here is the recipes thanks to "Dole Sunshine", "Grilled Pineapple and Pesto Turkey Burgers".  
I have made it 2 times already in this month of July, & I am thinking it will be happening again real soon. It is such a light burger. Doesn't fill ya up like a normal burger. So light & refreshing!!! I don't have a food processor, what I try to do is really chop the spinach extra small, this works very well so far??!

Here's the recipe...

- 6 cups spinach
- 2lbs. lean ground turkey
- 1/2 cups prepared pesto sauce, divided
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 can (20 oz) DOLE Pineapple Slices, drained
- 10 kaiser or hamburger rolls, sliced
- 10 green leaf lettuce leaves
- 10 slices Monterey jack cheese
